Order stuck as label created

Hello,

My order information says the item is stuck as "label created, USPS awaiting item", I ordered the tool on saturday during a three day weekend, but the item did not update on the Tuesday after the extended weekend. Is there anyway I can get help or do I just have to wait for the item to update later than the listed shipping time?

@noahg1200 Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Just to clarify the timeline a bit: your order was packed on Sunday, but since there’s no USPS pickup on Sundays—and Monday was a holiday—it was scheduled to go out with Tuesday’s pickup.

It's possible the system just isn't updated right now.

We recommend giving it until the end of today to see if there’s any update.
